If you’re a “play by ear ” musician or composer this will help you out tremendously. Even if you’re a trained pianist, and think you know it all, this will still turn out some great chord options you may have overlooked.

Just thought I’d share my submission to a gaming company looking for a sound designer.
All of the music was produced by me, all of the sound fx were sounds I made using various soft synths
and fx libraries.

If you’re just know google-ing for this than you’re probably a little late for the autotune party.
But anyhow, here are the settings for Autotune EVO that I found work pretty well to acheive a good sound that’s not overly robotic.

I’ve created a small .zip file of patches for the Pro Tools 8 instrument Xpand2.
Some presets, but mostly custom edited and stacked patches. Hopefully it will inspire
you to make some great tracks. Here’s the Download link!
Make sure to install them in your Digidesign Xpand2 presets folder.
For OS X go to Main Drive, Library, Application Support, Digidesign, Plug in Settings,
Browse to XPAND2 and paste the folder there
